Hatha/Gentle Yoga
Hatha Yoga class is a gentle yoga that incorporates pranayama breathwork, traditional yoga asanas, poses for strengthening the body as well as releasing areas that are holding stress as well as meditation and gratitude. Additional spice may include mantras or mudras that are helpful throughout not only your yoga practice but your daily life.
Pace:
Low to Intermediate.
Class Level:
Anyone and everyone from beginners to experienced yogi’s.
Recommended Props:
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster and blocks. They are not necessary but are useful to align the body properly and perform deeper levels of stretching.

Pace:
Low to Intermediate. Between Hatha/Gentle Yoga and a Vinyasa style class, not too slow, not too fast, but it does have a pace. In order to get stuck energy to move we have to move the body!
